Hello! Howdy! David and Katlyn here, and if you are here then you are probably wondering what we’re about and if we are qualified to take on your project.

David’s passions are working with his hands and helping people. He worked construction in Alaska a number of years on a crew building custom homes and also worked professionally as a painter for a number of years before 11 years in the aerospace industry in the realm of manufacturing and CNC tool design. During those 11 years, he has updated the entirety of our 100-year-old house and has done many a farm project and yard facelift. In 2020 we decided his skill set was better suited to physical projects and fresh air and that led us to start up Red House Renovation.

Katlyn’s passion is creating beautiful spaces indoors and out. A home or yard does not have to be big, nor does a budget, for it to become a beautiful reflection of its occupants and their passions.
